Do you have experience in administration and want to take responsibility for ensuring invoicing data is correct? Are you available to start immediately? In this role, you will combine meticulous administrative work with invoicing tasks and play a key role in keeping the logistics flow moving.

About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately, initially extending until the turn of the year. There are good possibilities for extending the assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the client company.

💼 Responsibilities

As an Finance Administrator, you will manually handle tasks that the systems cannot resolve on their own. The role is similar to detective work where you analyze data, calculate compensations, and ensure that invoices are correct. The work is largely done in Excel and requires you to work in a structured and independent manner. You prepare data for invoicing and compensations for both customers and transport companies, handling cases that do not automatically pass through the flow. The role sits at the intersection of finance, logistics, and data entry. You will collaborate closely with order administration and booking administration; their discrepancies land with you when the systems cannot handle them.

You will receive onboarding regarding routines, systems, and ways of working before working independently.

  • Analyze and calculate compensations in Excel

  • Handle invoicing data and manual discrepancies

  • Process and quality-assure data that the system cannot handle

  • Work cross-functionally with adjacent teams

  • Follow routines and ensure correct financial flows

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed high school education, preferably in economics

  • Experience in administrative work

  • Good computer and system skills

  • Fluent Swedish (spoken and written), good English (spoken and written)

We believe you are a person who enjoys work where you get to analyze, control, and ensure information is correct. You work methodically, follow processes, and like to get to the bottom of why an order did not pass through the system. The role suits you if you appreciate order, responsibility, and problem-solving in an administrative flow.
